The owner and the manager of Arbor
House are native South Texans. They have developed the facility to reflect the
great heritage of old San Antonio and the present Arbor House as Texas at its
finest.
Each house is named for a Texas
river that had significance in the independence of Texas. Each Suite has been
named in Honor of a Hero of the Alamo, The men who gave there lives so that
Texas would become a free republic.
The
owner is a member of the Sons of the Republic of Texas,
William Barrett Travis Chapter No. 7.
