Jacuzzi Suite (Honeymoon Suite)
	This suite occupies the second floor of one of the houses. This suite includes a good sized sitting room, inside of which is a small refridgerator, microwave oven and coffee maker. The bedroom has a king sized bed with a mirrowed headboard. Each room has TV equipped with cable and remote control, as well as phone with voice mail and one data port. The large bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and marble vanity. Just outside either the bath or sitting room is a large balcony with wicker chairs and table. Perfect spot for the continental breakfast which is delivered to your door each morning. Robes provided. Even though the suite is very private and secluded, there are windows on all four sides. Price: $179 + tax.
Arbor Suite - Main Floor, each house
	These are the largest at about 750 sq. ft. each. The sitting room is 18' x 18' with 14' ceilings and ceiling fans along with a queen size sleeper sofa. Through a pair of tall pocket doors to a bedroom of equal size, you find a king sized bed with night stands and an armoire. There is a full kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. The kitchenette also has a sink and cabinet space. There are TVs in both rooms, phones with voice mail and one data port. The bath is large with oversized marble tub and vanity. Robes are provided. Beautiful pine floors and rugs, lots of windows. Continental breakfast served to the door. Price: $179 + tax.
Garden Suite - facing into the courtyard
	This suite has a sitting room approximately 10'x12' with chairs, standard sofa/bed, TV, phone and data port. A small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker are also in each of these suites. The adjoining bedroom has a king sized bed and 2nd TV. Robes are provided. The bath is large with an antique, claw footed tub/shower. Again, lots of windows, pine floors and unique artwork. Price: $139 + tax.
Balcony Suite - facing the front of the house
	This suite is adjacent and similar in size to the Garden Suite. Nice sized sitting room with TV, phone, data port, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Bedroom has a king sized bed and 2nd TV. The bath is small, but compartmented with a seperate "water closet", shower only, no tub. All fixtures are new. Robes are provided. Accessible either from the sitting room or the bedroom is the private balcony, 6 ft. deep and 20 ft wide with patio furniture for your rest and relaxation. Price: $139 + tax
One Bedroom
	This is the only single room accommodation at Arbor House. The room is 16x14 with a king sized bed with a mirrowed headboard and armoire. Other amenities include a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee pot located in a hallway leading to the bathroom which has claw footed tub/shower. Price: $110 + tax.
